In Sydney? Go to Bloodwood...

If you're in Sydney and looking for a new place to check out, it has to be Newtown's Bloodwood.
Designed by my architect/designer buddy, Matt Woods, it is filled with reclaimed goodies which come together to create a really unique and cool vibe.
Do yourself a favour and check it out. And the hot tip? Make sure you go there on an empty stomach as the food has been getting rave reviews.

WOW this place looks amazing! I have to admit my heart sunk when you said it was in Newtown though. Stupid Newtown with all the cool places to hang out...
I will, however, definitely head west and check it out, thanks for the hot tip!

Does that yellow door really go somewhere? I hope somewhere magical. Love the photos. I wish I was there.

Well, I'm in Michigan aha, but if I ever should decide to go across town to Sydney I'll make sure that I go :) On another note, this is very nice furniture and scenary.

Hmmm I think the door is purely decorative. In fact, Bloodwood is the proud owner of many decorative recycled doors. Very cool.

Jess - I think you definitely have to make a trip to sydney to check it out :)

And thanks so much Tuesdai and Rachael for the blog awards. You made my day!
